Out-of-Lagos Travel Surcharge
Massage at Home Lagos primarily operates within Lagos Algarve. For appointments scheduled outside Lagos city, an additional travel surcharge will apply to cover transportation time, logistics, and travel expenses. The surcharge will be communicated at booking. Appointment confirmed only after client agrees to the fee. Advance payment may be required for some locations.
Last-Minute Booking Fee
Bookings made within 3 hours of the requested appointment time are considered last-minute and may attract an additional express service fee. Subject to therapist availability and not guaranteed until confirmed.
Late-Hour Appointment Fee
Bookings scheduled after 9:00 PM are considered late-hour appointments. A late-hour service charge will apply. Clients may be required to make full or partial payment in advance.
Confirmation of Charges
All additional charges (travel, last-minute, or late-hour fees) will be clearly communicated before confirmation. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to these charges.
Right to Decline Booking
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings that fall outside standard service areas, involve extreme late hours, or are made at very short notice without prior arrangement.
